AMAN ESSENTIALS
APAC AND CHINA BRAND PARTNER
As brand partner, ArcOn Brands was tasked to review, develop, and execute the omni-channel retail strategy for Aman Essentials across the APAC region with a focus on greater China. The aim is to provide an opportunity to experience the brand across in a wide variety of exciting new retail categories through new marketing and sales channels.

Building on the heritage of Aman, the world’s finest collection of retreats in standout locations around the globe, Aman Essentials was established to continue the brand’s holistic journey outside the parameters of its hotels and resorts with a range of verticals that already cover candles, fragrances, skincare, supplements, gifts and ready-to-wear pieces.
OUR SCOPE OF WORK
APAC MARKET ENTRY STRATEGY
We facilitated the preparation for country launch including the registration of products, entity set up and establishment, and coordination of documentation.
We created and continue to develop the business plan, which takes into account partnership selection and management, retail management, and financial planning.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
We work closely with the brand to curate the SKU selection, propose pricing structures, and ensure logistics and inventory management and fulfilment.
MARKETING
We localise the global marketing plan to better suit the APAC region, which highlights activations, key seasonal events, and social media platform establishment.
E-COMMERCE IN CHINA
We set-up the brand in key online retail platforms in China such as Tmall and WeChat and facilitated the appointment of Alibaba as the brand’s Trade Partner. We continue to manage this partnership, assisting in marketing and customer service.
OPERATIONS
We worked on the logistics and registration for each hotel. We also facilitated the training of the local store staff and perform audits to ensure a high standard of performance.
WHOLESALE MANAGEMENT
We assist in product selection, marketing activations, and training of staff to achieve a successful wholesale partnership.
